Confusing question: Your ? Implies concerns that are not clear. Sex 2 days ago is far too recent to have established a confirmed pregnancy (but could) and a std would take a bit longer to become evident. A light day or two within your menses may be different but not mean anything specific. If you can reword your question to be more specific, please do so.
