Ultrasound: For this answer you probably need a physical exam and perhaps an ultrasound. Checking for an ovarian cyst is one possibility. The source of the pain may not be your ovaries though. Sneezing causes a tightening of the abdominal wall muscles and this may be the source of the pain. You also should be checked for a hernia.
