Support : Masturbation can be necessary and healthy, it is not always an addiction. If it is truly a problem for you find a way to support your desire to stop. Support groups and/or individual therapy can work. There are lots of reasons that people develop masturbation addictions, you need support to find out what's going on with you and to know if you have an addiction. Good luck and best wishes.
