colovaginal fistula?: Passing air via the vagina , or in the urine, usually indicates an abnormal connection between bowel and the vagina or bladder. This needs to be evaluated so see your doctor for this, and then the appropriate referrals can be made. Good luck.

See an OBGYN: Try not to worry. It might be what is called a recto-vaginal fistula. An opening may exist between your anal ; vaginal canals. This can cause gas to seep from your vagina and likewise blood and vaginal discharge to seep from your anus. It may heal by itself, but you really need to see an obgyn so they can do a thorough rectal and vaginal exam to determine what the problem is. Be well.
