Cowper's gland: "precum" refers to the clear secretions from cowper's gland. This specific secretion does not contain sperm; however, during sexual activity, sperm may be found in any portion of an ejaculate, including "precum" as sperm may mix through all of the components of semen.

Very unlikely.: Transvaginal ultrasound probes should be sterilized in between patients. In addition, a condom should be placed over it.
Even if this didn't occur, the chance of becoming pregnant because of sperm being transferred on the probe would be very very unlikely.
