Yes: First off, i'm so sorry for your loss, that must have been so difficult. It might be normal to bleed after sex, if this is the 1st time, it likely is nothing to be worried about. You can definitely continue to have sex and try to conceive. Irregular bleeding patterns are definitely normal after having a miscarriage and typically aren't a sign of anything wrong with your body, rather hormonal.
