Depends on cycle: You can only get pregnant during the ovulation phase of the cycle. That always occurs 14 days before the onset of your menstrual period. So if you had sex at that time of the month when conception can occur, then you can count the weeks from that point and if you don't have the expected period, you are most likely pregnant.
