Herpes HSV 2 spread.: Genital herpes hsv2 and oral herpes hsv1 can either both be in the mouth or on the gentiles. Oral sex can transmit both. Kissing can as well. Both virus are very prevalent but symptoms outbreaks for some people can be latent or nonexistent. While not having oral sex during an active outbreak may help, i suspect transmission maybe unavoidable.
