Check for diabetes: Increased night time urination is a classic symptom of diabetes. You could also get this symptom from medications (diuretics) and loss of concentrating ability with chronic kidney disease. The lack of adh, (vasopressin) called diabetes insipidus, is frequently found when a patient complains of increased nighttime urination. The increase happens during the day too, but is more noticable at night.
