Absolutely, I do otoplasty almost every week for patients with prominent ears, cupped ears, Spock ears and other ear shapes that are bothersome. Consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon or Otolaryngologist who has experience. It is not the most common procedure, so be certain to find someone who does a lot of them.
