Is it alright to use marijuana to help heal an eye injury?

no: Marijuana could allow you to ignore the injury for a while, but any eye injury needs urgent evaluation by an ophthalmologist (not an optometrist) to treat sight threatening damage. Marijuana has no healing capability.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
