Bacterial Vaginosis: A fishy smell may indicate a condition called "Bacterial Vaginosis." This is an overgrowth of a bacteria that produces a "fishy" odor. It is usually treated with an antibiotic called Metronidazole. It is not considered a sexually transmitted infection. Best wishes!
