treat it delicately: The anal skin covers a sphincter muscle which is round. Avoid placing large objects inside your rectum and you will avoid stretching it out. Avoid fisting, and other sexual acts that will cause skin laxity and a loose sphincter as well as hemorroids. See your doctor if you are bleeding rectally.
