See plastic surgeon: There are many different types of scars and almost as many ways of treating them! depending on the scar, it could be as simple as a cream to fade/bleach or as complex as reconstructive surgery. Please see a plastic surgeon; they usually have the most experience with scars. Not all surgeons want to deal with the anal area so be sure you tell them where your scars are.
