Hard to say...: Three symptoms mentioned, could be a number of factors contributing. See your dentist and physician who can both actually examine you and rule out everything but the cause of your problems.

TMJ: Most likely diagnosis is TMD - a problem with the jaw joint and associated structures. Other TMD symptoms are limited oral opening, joint noises. Since your vision is blurred, I'd see an ER doc or Eye doc ASAP to rule out eye problems. If TMd, see TMD expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain docs.
