Irregular: Bleeding can be caused from several things, infection, irregular ovulation, pregnancy issues. The loud stomach noises are incidental and not related, may be indigestion. Try gerneric rantidine and see if reducing stomach acid helps that part. You may need an exam and consider the birth control pill for cycle regulation.
