Yes it can: Low blood testosterone, especially after menopause can reslt in loss of female libido and inability to orgasm. Discuiss use of transdermal testotosterone gel with your gyn dr. This is replacement therapy and helps many women with this problem. Good luck.

Yes: Both men and women have estrogen and testosterone. Women have much less testosterone than men, but not zero in a healthy woman. With too little testosterone, libido (sexual desire) drops which may make having an orgasm very difficult.
