Testicular pain: If you're having fevers and testicular pain, you should get checked out immediately. Sounds like you have an infection, maybe epididymitis that needs antibiotics.

Yes, but...: A mild dull ache isn't unusual, but if you have bad pain or swelling with a fever, you should get checked for epididymitis, orchitis, or mumps.
