Not necessarily: The concerning diarrhea in pregnancy is diarrhea wherein you can't keep fluids down to replace what's lost in the liquid stool. If ur so nauseated that can't drink, then you need to go to labor & delivery or er. If you have a fever (temp > 100.4) then you need to go to er as could be infectious intestinal infection. Otherwise, if you can replace fluids, just rest and wait. No medications.
