Meconium: If baby aspirated meconium, the doctor will observe for respiratory distress. If your baby is sick then it is likely your baby will be observed or admitted to nicu. If your baby is ok, then as your baby takes in breastmilk the stool color and consistency will change to be yellow seedy and mustard like.
