Different problems: Vaginal swelling, abdominal bloating and headaches are not likely to be related and will require evaluation individually. Vaginal swelling can be yeast, trauma, and ellergic reaction, bruising, vaginal cysts or anatomical problems. Any gynecologist should be able to help you with this.
