Other options: Cymbalta if not bipolar, savella, (milnacipran) Elavil or gabapentin. Recommend you see a rheumatologist

See details: Other very good options are cymbalta, savella (milnacipran) or gabapentin. These are not pain meds but work to correct the underlying cause of fibromyalgia.
