It is safe only if :: It is safe only if the open angle glaucoma is well-controlled. It should not be used if the open angle glaucoma is poorly controlled. Do watch out for weigh gain, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol and triglycerides while you are on it. Take care and be well.

Should be: Zyprexa (olanzapine) should be safe in a patient with open angle glaucoma. It is contraindicated in narrow angle glaucoma because it can precipitate an acute angle closure crisis.
