Just started minocin(3 days ago), i feel dizzy with headache, i can tolerate, but i wonder if it'll subside and stop ?

Common side effect: This is a very common side effect with minocycline. Call your dermatologist and tell them you had this and they can usually switch you to doxycycline, which does not have these side effects (although there are others they will tell you about) in the end, its a risk/benefit analysis for you; are the side effects worth the result?
