Unlikely to conceive: The time period from the beginning of your menses to the maturation and release of an egg that is able to be fertilized is between 10-14 days. Therefore to have an egg available that is capable of being fertilized 2 days immediately after your period is unlikely! i'm not sure what the cause of the second period that occurred after 1 weeks later wad do to.
