Yes: The answer is yes. If the "cysts" are in the skin... Probably not a big deal. If the cysts are in the neck (deeper) - that's a big deal and needs to be checked asap.

Yes: The most common ones are epidermal inclusion cysts that are located just under the skin anywhere in the neck.
