Pinched nerve: That is just a fancy way to say you have some bone spurs in your neck pushing on some nerves going into your left arm. So, if you are having neck pain going into your left arm, this may be the cause. If you do not, it may just be an incidental finding. Thank you for the question.

Arthritic bone spurs: Arthritic bone spurs in neck, age appropriate may be asymptomatic incidental findings can explain a certain type of left arm pain and numbness and tingling. With reasonable confidence of causation, see physician to see if symptoms match findings.
