Chemical burn depth: Chemical burns can be of the different degrees this sounds like second degree. The treatment is usually an antibiotic cream or ointment depending on the risk of a secondary infection which can allow a 2nd to convert to a 3rd degree. The burn skin needs to be treated with gentle care such as baby bath soap, lukewarm water, and aloe vera gel rather than like normal. Avoid chemicals or perfumes.

Look further: Have it checked by a healthcare worker to determine if it is infected. If not infected, i'd apply cortisone cream for a few days but if it gets worse, it should be seen by your physician/nurse/pa.
