Infertility : Clomid (clomiphene) is used in women with regular cycles to increase your chance for success. This increases the # of eggs you ovulate and improve your chance for conceiving. If you have used it for more than 1 cycle, it can make the lining thin and cause spotting. Your provider can monitor your cycles to help you.
