More fiber and water: You really need to review the foods you're eating daily -- this determines how well your bowel can function. You need plenty of vegetables, leafy greens, and fruits in your diet, along with plenty of water -- at least 8, 8 oz glasses of pure water daily. Probiotics are good, esp if containing >one strain of "good" bacteria. Consider seeing a nutritionist re possible food sensitivities also.

See doctor: You likely have a tremendous amount of stool in your colon. You need to have a thorough bowel cleansing that will require medical attention and will likely consist of enemas, stool softeners (like miralax), and possibly stimulant laxatives until bowel is clear. Once that is achieved, then daily stool softeners can be adjusted to maintain normal bowel movements. Please see a doctor for evaluation, .
