Possibly a blocked: Bartholin duct. Try some warm, moist compresses. See your physician for increasing size, redness or pain.

Infection: One of your vaginal glands is infected. Apply warm compresses to the gland .Let the infection come to a head and drain.Antibiotics may be needed so a prescription from your doctor may be needed.
