Carbamazepine, etc: Carbamazepine and paroxetine might conceivably be prescribed in bipolar disorder, but the only condition you list in your "clinical findings" is "colic." neither of these meds would typically be prescribed for stomach issues alone. I really suggest you discuss this with the physician who prescribed these meds, and ask him or her all questions you need to so that you understand clearly.
