Can constipation be causing bad acid reflux? my stomach feels so raw n won't settle with my omeprazole but am also constipated n loud noisey stomach

Possibly: Slow gastric emptying is associated with constipation. Slow gastric emptying is associated with gastroesophageal reflux. Omeprazole helps control acid but does not affect gastric emptying. Constipation can also increase abdominal pressure and inturn reflux.Side effect of Omeprazole also is constipation.
