Cold and flu?: Depends on what u mean by flu med...If u mean otc remedies for cold symptoms, those shouldn't interfere with ocp. Flu medicine like tamiflu (oseltamivir) which we prescribe for influenza shouldn't either. Sometimes patients say "flu" and mean they are on abx which is different. Abx (some) can interfere with ocp. If otc, read the box. Caution with thyroid and high bp.
