Could be Ok: Sometimes, after the initial post op swelling of a surgical antireflux repair goes away, patients can develop belching and even some mild reflux. 15% of nissens can "slip", and about 7% of patients do develop some recurrent symptoms. Discuss with your surgeon on your next follow up visit, or with your primary md on your next visit.
