Need info/eval : Really too limited information to render much advice. Rlq/right pelvic pain in a woman your age has a wide differential of possibilities that include but not limited to acute appendicitis, acute mesenteric adenopathy, crohn's disease, ruptured ovarian cyst, torsion of ovary, pelvic inflammatory disease, hernia, ovulation, inguinal ligament strain . See a physician for history and physical exam.
