Not usually: Alcohol could cause this by enablling trauma or rhabdomyolysis. But not on it's own. Something else happened.

Causes of hematuria: Hematuria (h) can be caused by any bleeding in the urinary tract. It could be caused by a tumor of the kidney, kidney stones in the ureters or by a bladder tumor, among other things. Have your urine cultured and if you have hematuria with no uti, see a urologist for evaluation. H is not caused by alcohol intake, unless you developed a uric acid kidney stone, which you do not seem to have.
