No: Cause of UTI after sex is bacteria entering the urethra ; thrusting action of penis in vagina 'massages' urethjral bacteria up into the bladder. Bacteria thrive in bladder urine ; attatch themselves to bladder lining ; multiply rapidly. Hence advice to urinate after sex to empty bladder ; eliminate bacteria which could cause a uti.
