In a clear liquid: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) can be mixed in any liquid, but if it is put in a clear liquid (even water), you will be able to make sure that it is completely dissolved. It has no taste, so it is very well tolerated. There is no particular time of the day that is preferable. Just try to take it about the same time every day.

Miralax (polyethylene glycol): Miralax (polyethylene glycol) can be (dissolved) mixed in any liquid. 4 to 8 ounces of liquid is recommended.
