No: Paroxetine has many potential side effects, but does not make you "high." if you are bipolar and take it without a mood stabilizer though, you could become manic -- not the kind of "high" you might be seeking.

Paroxetine high: It, like any antidepressant, can trigger a mania which can be a 'high'. In others who are sensitive to meds or take with meds that interfere with its metabolism can feel spacey or 'out of it' which some would consider a 'high' but usually not a pleasant high. Always tell your prescriber about every med/ supplement you take even otc as there are med interactions. Also tell of any family h/o bipolar.
