That is possible: If this occurred just after your period, remaining blood in the vaginal vault may have extruded or with orgasm - any remaining blood/ tissue in the uterus may have been cleaned out. If you are having bleeding during or after sex on more that this occassion - please seek gyn eval. Take care.
