You can drink water: Zzzquil contains diphenhydramine, the same antihistamine found in Benadryl and sominex. The combination of a drug that induces sleep & alcohol is called "a mickey finn". If your goal is loss of consciousness then you are well on your way. I strongly advise against mixing zzzquil or similar drugs with alcohol.
