A member asked:

What is wrong when you see wavy lines?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Macula, retina: Wavy lines that persist can be caused by macular or retinal disease or changes. Wavy lines that are transient or short term can be caused by migraines. If this happens frequently, especially if it does not improve, you should see your ophthalmologist.
