Nerve related: If you have dry eyes it may cause lid twitching. Pls use artificial tears. If this does not work and your problem persists then please see an ophthalmologist.

Similar to eyelid: Eyelid, brow twitching is very common, and often occurs from stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, and overuse of stimulants -caffeine and decongestants. Local eye irritation can also add to this, such as dry eye, allergy, and blepharitis (eyelid infection, inflammation). Eyestrain and excessive reading can contribute. Try reducing the stress/stimulant factors, and get an eye exam for the other causes.

Sev'l possibilities: It depends how long it has been going on, whether there are other facial muscles involved, other associated factors (trauma? Thyroid?) to get the most accurate diagnosis, see your doctor, esp if it has been going on for more than 3 months.
