Blepharospasm: Blepharospasm, or twitching around the eye, can be caused by fatigue or stress. There is no great medication to help persistent symptoms. Botox injections are very effective but these have to be repeated every 3-4 months since the effect wears off over time.

Similar to eyelid: Eyelid, brow twitching is very common, and often occurs from stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, and overuse of stimulants -caffeine and decongestants. Local eye irritation can also add to this, such as dry eye, allergy, and blepharitis (eyelid infection, inflammation). Eyestrain and excessive reading can contribute. Try reducing the stress/stimulant factors, and get an eye exam for the other causes.

Nope: It's a benign tic that will go away in few weeks. If it involves more of your face or not going away, see neurologiast.
