?inner ear: This could be a sign of left inner ear problem such as otolithic dysfnctn, meniere's, endolymphatic fistula, etc, and best to evaluate using a videonystagmogram and other otolaryngological studies. Many of these problems readily respond to vestibular therapies, even an epley maneuver.
