TOS: 30's person has bilateral (most unusual) arm global dysesthesias at rest. Absent neck pain there is concern for impingement in region of brachial neural plexus. If only occurring in lower arms, carpal tunnel syndrome becomes a consideration. See an Osteopath or Neurologist. Could be Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, but this is usually not bilateral.
