Anodyspareunia: Anal sex is often more painful then vaginal sex. The sphincter (muscle ring) can tighten down ; cause pain. The tissues of the rectum are delicate and can be easily traumatized. Trauma can lead to rectal prolapse, anal fissure, tearing of tissues ; ^ hemorrhoid sxs.
