Depends on: The cause. If it is a lot the it could me yeast, dry skin or eczema. If hot and localized more likely infection . Doesn't sound like that. It's really hard to give advice on a rash can't see . Could try Hydrocortisone cream from the store . If it's yeast it either won't help or will get worse. Of you are a guy and it is like jock itch try lamasil twice a day, especially if you sweat. Might need md.
