Dr. Luke Kane answered

Appetite stabilizer: Rhodiola can stabilize the appetite. Due to the nervous balancing properties of rhodiola, stress eating may be reduced which could be perceived as appetite suppression. This is more likely to occur at the beginning of therapy when the body may have many extra calories it can easily burn for energy.
