Can microdermabrasion remove dilated pores?

Sort of.: Nothing removes pores - and you wouldn't want to, because your skin wouldn't be able to "breathe". What mda does is smooth the edges of dilated pores, so that they are less visible. But it takes multiple sessions to achieve this, and insurance does not cover it.

Pore size: No, a laser can do it but not microdermabrasion.
